| Description | Rend flesh should not be casted instantly after overwhelm is applied, there is a down time of 2.5 seconds exactly between application of Overwhelm and starting cast time for Rend flesh that also takes 2.5 seconds so the time difference between the application overwhelm and rendflesh is 5 seconds.
