| Description | Expected behaviour: -Overwhelm should be casted every 10 seconds, the first one been casted 11 seconds after pull. -Rend Flesh should be casted every 20 seconds, the first one 13 seconds after the pull. Current behaviour: -Overwhelm is working as intended. -Rend Flesh is been casted instantly after overwhelm, leaving very little time to react to it. There should be a 3~ second delay between tank casts. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to Emerald Nightmare in any difficulty and pull ursoc, wait 10 seconds for the first overwhelm. | ||||
