Summary0009679: "you have been disconnected from the server"
DescriptionSeveral times a day, just abrupt disconnection1
Sometimes, this is the obvious disconnect and you're dumped to the login window;
sometimes it's a subtle "You can move but not do anything" neither mount for work a skill, nor logout, nor exit the game. Solution is only to kill the client "X" and restart client.
Each happens several times each day.
Comcast.net service.
No other game or site has this abrupt disconnection.

Hello. Clean the cache, check the game for errors, and maybe it's your connection to the server.
Try logging in via VPN

Launcher cleans cache each time the game is started.
Game checked for errors several times.
BlizWow does not show this trouble.
Conclusion: not my system or ISP, somewhere between you & Comcast).

As said, they're both in the game folder.
Now, what do I do? What do I look for?
They aren't executable, nor do I recognize them as code in any familiar language. Please pass me a clue.

1. Delete two files
2. Download file to http://tracker.legionbugs.com/view.php?id=7314 .build.info (630 байт) и and throw in the game folder
3. I can’t help you anymore.

How do I use them to trace the source of the trouble?

The client needs the file. This fixes some disconnect issues.

Suggest: Try a different network cable. My disconnects seem to have gone for good after changing ether cables. Sorry for your time taken here! Close(?)
