Summary	0009202: Orc Disguise never takes effect
Description	Sylene gives and amulet-like gadget to put an orc disguise on the Toon. Gadget mounse-over says it works only in twilight glade or in Shaz'Gul Does not work in Twilight glade, nor in Shaz'Gul. Orcs remain red-label and actively hostile. Completing quest requires killing everything in the way, there is no sneaking past. P.S. the Orcs and voidwolves of Shaz'Gul do not attack when hit from range, they "dance in place" until killed.
Steps To Reproduce	Run the quest. Dropping and re-taking quest does not fix things.
