Summary	0030318: Oculeth's Workshop won't progress as Occuleth doesn't accept the coin
Description	I get trapped in Oculeth's bubble and push the action button to use the coin, but he doesn't do the dialogue to recognize the coin and just ports me to the ocean. I have tried waiting until he asks me to identify myself and I have tried using the coin from inventory as well as the quest clickable image. Nothing seems to get him to see the coin.
Steps To Reproduce	Start Oculeth Workshop, get trapped in bubble, click coin action button on screen (or in inventory) Oculeth ignores and ports so quest can't completem
