Summary	0027480: World Quests for cooking not completing once cooking skill maxed
Description	See screenshot for result after fresh kill. I had no issues getting these done while my cooking wasn't maxed but now it doesn't 'complete' nor does it leave my WQ log
Steps To Reproduce	Get cooking skill 800 When WQ active kill the mob to get 1/1 Slab of Bacon The quest does not complete and it is not registered in your completed WQ tally
