От Archimtiros (9,864 – 4·18·36) 2017-09-28 (Обновление 7.3.0) Factors base mainhand weapon attack speed, ignoring attack speed increases from Haste or class abilities. Also appears to have spec specific damage modifiers: Unholy base value Frost -50% Fury -70% Arms -34% Ret +5% Tanks -50% Keep in mind those modifiers are meant to offset dual-wielding and personal buffs such as Colossus Smash (Arms), Enrage (Fury), and Icy Talons (Frost). The secondary "empowered" effect is based on rating not percent, as opposed to Aggramar's Stride which is based on percent, not rating. This is to ensure that players always get their most beneficial stat, instead of gaining Haste while under the effects of Heroism/Bloodlust (+30% haste), or crit while under the effects of Battle Cry (+100% crit chance). |
