DescriptionUltraxion - You get stuck in combat after killing the boss, need to relog to loot the chest

Spine of Deathwing - Hideous Amalgamations and Burning Bloods despawn after a VERY short time (2-3 seconds) if you don't kill the blood and don't feed the Amalgams fast enough.

Possible issue on 25 as well, didn't try to reproduce.
