Summary	0026614: Leyline mastery , not working
Description	https://www.wowhead.com/spell=224189/leyline-mastery It suposed to damage enemies and it does not.
Steps To Reproduce	Speak to Valtroix, get the buff, attack something, stand in the effect with enemies present
