| Description | Greetings, This is a bug report regarding the quest ''!Preparations for war''. This is a quest necessary in order to complete the Loremaster of Icecrown achievement. Whilst on the quest you are to talk to Officer Van Rossem to secure a flight to the Skybreaker in Icecrown... However when attempting to talking to the specified npc and clicking the option, nothing seems to happen. Now you are able to take the flight path to Icecrown though in order to proceed with the quest. This quest has been tested on Alliance side.
