| Description | Issue n1: - My Death Knight (Mooknight) is at war with his own guild. I am unable to uncheck the option "At War" thus, my suspicion is because of that I am unable to use the Guild Vendor. In addition - I am unable to uncheck "At War status" - Screenshot1 of reputation issue attached, with additionally having Guild Vendor as "empty" - nothing to provide even though I am friendly with the guild - Screenshot2 of reputation with my Demon Hunter attached as a confirmation that not all of my characters are "At War with the guild") Screenshot1: DK Guild Vendor - Guild Reputation Screenshot2: DH Guild Vendor - Guild Reputation Issuen2: - My Death Knight's heirloom necklace (Eternal Ember Fury Talisman (can't link wowhead item as wowhead is forbidden in my country) is reduced to basic (1 to 60 level state), even though I've spent gold on upgrading AND it was up to level 110. - Screenshot3 of the Necklace as a confirmation attached as DK - Heirloom Necklace - Gold - Hopefully, you can check the logs and gold spending that I upgraded all Heirlooms that I've bought for my DK or at least gold sending from my alts. Solutions tried: - Clearing Cache - Restarting the game - Unstuck (from Character Panel) | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Issue number one: 1. Create a Death Knight 2. Finish the Chain Quest 3. Raise reputation to Neutral or AT LEAST friend with some guild 4. Check status of reputation Issue number two: 1. Create a Death Knight 2. Finish the Chain Quest 3. Buy all 6 heirlooms (Necklace, Trinket#1, Trinket#2, 2H Weapon, Chest, Shoulder) 4. Upgrade them all up to level 110 (upgrade to max) 5. Use character unstuck option from Character Panel 6. Check if any of the heirlooms got | ||||

Possible Issue(s) regarding both bugs: 1. Started leveling up my warrior as well: Same issue: At War with the guild 2. Even if heirloom gets back to basic level, from heirloom sets (collection) - you can still take a new one Regarding n1: Looks like you need to be exalted or lvl 110 in order to be able to uncheck at war with your guild. Did not tested "revered" reputation, will let you know as soon as I get it. |

Good day! And how did you pump your reputation to hatred ? Bug with heirlooms could not be repeated |

Hello @Shadowraze and good day to you! I am not sure how did it got to hatred - same thing happened to my warrior. My death knight now is exalted and not at war with the guild anymore so it looks like you are "at war" with the guild until you are revered / exalted. You can recreate the bug by trying yourself (Steps to reproduce): 1. Create a new character 2. Get invited to the guild 3. Check reputation status and reputation checkmarks (are you at war and are you able to unselect "at war") Additional "Maybe" what could provoke the bug - I you have opposite side as guildies (as server is cross faction, I know) while you have Horde character, maybe that's the reason why you are at war with the guild until you get to the exalted point or Legion expansion content. You can close this ticket as this gets fixed as soon as you hit exalted / get to Legion content. Why would char be at war bug - I would need to run manual tests which, to be honest, I do not have time - but I will let you know if I ever get some time and find out what is provoking it :) Heirlooms: Found a fix - even though item got reduced on my char, I just picked up a new one (same one) from the collection :) |
