Summary0025355: Quest item Cant Start quest at Ice Crown Citadel [Sealed Chest] drop from arthas
DescriptionSo i dropped item that contains several item to give to the npc like Darion Morgrein uther jaina
Also one of the rewards is a special mount Crimson Deathcharger that you can sell at Auction House all the toys you can sell too it is bound to use
I dropped the quest item from arthas 0.7% drop chance
when i want to use it . it dont give me any quests only writing on the chat cond
I tried to open it in ICC after and before killing the Lich king and also it was sendind me Cond in chat

The character on which i dropped chest : Vramin
