Summary	0023439: another 3 requests in one report
Description	Hello this is another 3 in one like the one i made about the legendary cataclysm staff " https://fr.wowhead.com/item=71086/courroux-du-dragon-le-repos-de-tarecgosa " (i hope it will get fixed soon by the way because it's been a while since it was confirmed) so without further delay let's abord the subject: 1- first request : is about the achivement for the current chrismas event "winter veil" i managed to validate all the achivements for : " https://www.wowhead.com/fr/achievement=1691/joyeuses-f%C3%AAtes " exept for one : " https://www.wowhead.com/fr/achievement=1690/briser-la-glace " and i found an english video explaining how to obtain it and i will even save you some time and give you the time where he talks about it and the link to the video too : ( so the time is 13:45 and this is the link : https://youtu.be/RHZCmV9szak ) so as explained in the video i am supposed to get a toy 24 hours after validating the " https://www.wowhead.com/fr/achievement=279/a-bo-mi-na-ble " achivement and i did not get the toy and here is a link to the toy : " https://www.wowhead.com/fr/item=17712/d%C3%A9guisement-pour-le-voile-dhiver " and of course here is a link to my achivements screenshots as well as everything i talked about ( my character is Ambrilius if you want to check him ingame too for more proof i would also like to point out i tried with my other characters to get the abominable achivment and did not recive the toy with none of them ). 2- second request : is about the missing follower Nat paggle in my garrison : so i know that at some point all garrisons were reset and before that reset i did farm the follower " Nat Pagle " ( link to him : https://www.wowhead.com/fr/follower=202/nat-pagle (((there is also a video on how to obtain that follower on that same link))) ) by completing the required achivement as well as doing the questline completetly to unlock him and of course i have the lvl 3 fishing cabin unlocked and built but now since everything was reset i have noticed that the quests in the garrison did reset too but the one to start farming nat paggle did not reset apparently i also kept my follwoers but not him after the reset and here is the link to the missing quest : " https://www.wowhead.com/fr/quest=36870/en-app%C3%A2tant-nat " and you will find below the screenshot of the npc not giving the quest as well as me having the mount purchased before from nat as a proof of already obtaining him as a follower and i also have some items from him purchased already when i assighned him to the fishing cabin before the reset (again check my character Ambrilius ingame for proof if you want) ( i dont know if this nat paggle issue is a general issue or just a problem only i have ) - third request : is about an error of faction object i recived after completing an achivement in my garrison related to the naval missions i got the horde version instead of the alliance version and yes i am alliance and yes again with my character "Ambrilius" ( you will see that in the screenshots below as well as all the informations needed ) in conclusion i hope the event related issue will get fixed before the end of the remaining time of the event as well as the other issue of the staff i posted before because i got all the legendary weapons in the game exept for the staff so please fix it and thank you for your time and consideration :).
