Summary	0022988: Building Helpers do not appear in the garrison
Description	Followers do not appear in the garrison while unassigned nor do building helper followers appear even while assigned. This usually isn't that much of a problem (their passive benefit to work orders appears to work correctly, at least the ones I've tried so far) but helpers usually have some special function that requires interacting with them while they're assigned to the building. For instance the Herb Garden helper gives you the option to choose what herbs you want to plant instead of doing a random mixture each day.
Steps To Reproduce	assign a helper to a building and go try to fight them to talk to them.

Zanathkariashi 2022-11-19 23:30 reporter ~0063274	On a bit of further inspection, some building followers do appear. The tailoring one at least does. However currently the herb garden follower does not. This may be limited to just the non-profession specific buildings.
