Summary0022918: Might of Krosus trinket CD reduction bug
DescriptionThis trinket https://www.wowhead.com/item=140799/might-of-krosus? doesn't get the 15 second cd reduction when used against exactly one (1) target. When used against two enemies it appears to work fine.
Steps To Reproduce1. Equip Might of Krosus
2. Use it next to exactly one enemy
3. Look at the cooldown, it should be reduced to 45 but it's instead 60

(I tested this on a Paladin)
