DescriptionQuest Giver/Accepter Doesn't work it's bugged. Was reported back in retail as well to be happening.

Steps To ReproduceTry the quest, it does nothing.
Additional InformationTried Restarting
changing pvp status
switching chars to see if that would clear
Still nothing... I just want to fly!

Nevermind, he apparently appears in front of Shal'Aran and there is no reference. He doesn't teleport you on top of the mountain though. :/ Might wanna fix that please for future players.
