| Description | Hello so as the title says this is a 3 in one request one main issue and two others secondary but would be nice if fixed: 1- first request (and most important one): this is about a missing quest i need for my mage "Ambrilius" on the realm "Legionx100" the quest is a part of a questline that leads to the legendary cataclysm staff "Tarecgosa's rest" (link below) as for the npc that gives the quest his name is "Anachronos" and he is located in the caverns of time in taranis-kalimdor (screenshot and the link to it below) you will also notice that the dialogue option of him showing you his vision of the future is still there even after completing the quest specific to it but it does not do anything (( that cinematic of him showing you his vision does not trigger not even during the quest specific to it but it does not matter as long as the quest validates without it (i just wanted to point that out) there is also another quest on that screenshot but it's just a non related reputation quest )) now the missing quest name is "All-Seeing-Eye" (link below), and i was told by some people that this questline used to work since they got the staff a year ago and some said they did the questline two years ago, but since it's not working now i think it's worth checking the whole questchain just in case. 2- second request (not as important but would make life easier): this one is about a non working item that can be very useful to players in several situations normally this item is supposed to resurrect you when you put it on the ground and die near it but here the item appears when you put it on the ground but the resurrection does not happen and i have tried dying in dungeons and raids inside or outside and even making groups or raid modes but it does not do anything either inside or outside instances, i have seen videos of people using it on retail and recommanding it for farming the magetower this would make life way easier especially for classes that cannot resurrect and during intense solo boss fights (link of the non working object and screenshot below) 3- third request (merely a suggestion but still worth mentionning either way): it is true that the "Vale of sands Recipe"(link below) can be farmed by alchemists with archeology digging sites but this method takes hours and hours of farming and the low drop chance of the recipe and the chane of getting a "Canope vase"(link below) to reconstruct makes it even worse but i have seen a method that will save hours maybe even days or months of farming (( i don't know if this method existed at some point on retail but i have seen it when i played on firestorm server and since this is a private server too the idea is worth considering )) now as for the method itself it consists in buying an object named "Restored Artifact"(link below) and then trading it with "tol'vir archeologic fragements crate"(link below) then directly reconstructing artifacts without having to farm a whole continent just to be able to do a spot or two in uldum. the npcs selling the "Restored artifact"(mentionned earlier link below) are located in both pandaria capitals for horde and alliance in the vale of eternal blossom and their names are : "Krystel" for alliance and "Suiteux" for horde and they are both located in the balcony with a tree in the center and the fly master near it, they exchange pandaria materials for 1 spirit of harmony and on firestorm they also sell the "Restored artifact" for 1 spirit of harmony so it's worth adding it here too. (link to the vendors screenshots below). important: 1- since my game and my computer system are in french i did not manage to translate all item or npc names on english or russian so i apologise for that (the names might be different in your language). 2- i already made an ingame ticket about the missing quest issue and i was told to take a screenshot of the quests advancement with the addon "BTWQuests" but the problem is that the addon needs a file for each expansion related quests and sadly after looking for several days ( and this is why i'm writing this request this late by the way ) i did not manage to find a BTWQuestsCataclysm file that is compatible with the patch 7.3 and when i try to use a non compatible one i get the red outdated addon message. i managed however to somehow get the base addon and the legion quests file from a guild member but this is all he had sadly (link of the screenshot of the answer i got below if you wanna check it). in conclusion i would like to thank you for the time and effort in reading this request as well as fixing the issues mentionned in it and i'm sorry if it's long but at least it has the details needed. | ||||
