Summary	0021593: Quest from Shaman Class Hall doesn't working property
Description	Quest "Summoner Morn" from Shaman Class Hall in The Maelstrom. Quest taken from NPC Advisor Sevel. After take the quest cannot complete the mission from Scouting Map, cannot start it. I'll attach a video below for more info.
