| Description | hello，this bug happened on uwowcn sever i wear 2 different trinket ： 1：Diima's Glacial Aegis https://www.wowhead.com/item=151977/diimas-glacial-aegis?bonus=3610:1472 2：Shifting Cosmic Sliver https://www.wowhead.com/item=147026/shifting-cosmic-sliver?bonus=3561:1472 when i used one of them ，Will have a 15 second gcd，and then after 15 second ，i wanted use another trinket，i cant use it，and It can only be used after the trinket cooldown I used before And I tried，this problem didnt happened when i wear two different trinket which one of them Provide shield so please help to check this problem and solve it thanks and here is the video link：https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1m94y1X7ic/?vd_source=fb77d2cd7cfca8b911de8e8825558f2f | ||||

so wether global cool down is 15 or 30，now the situation is： when i wear two different trinket A and B，i use trinket A，and after the global cd cooldown，i sitll cant use trinket B， trinket B can only use when trinket A cd coodown，This is unreasonable it seems trinket A and B share cooldown cd |
