Found this quest too https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40972/last-stand-of-the-moon-guard that has problem with First Arcanist Thalyssra wont let me finish the quest, and I can't access to Nightfallen vendor (First Arcanist Thalyssra doesn't have option to trade with).
