| Description | This quest is part of the quest chains needed to do to progress through "insurrection". The quest requires you to give plans to 3 different npc's (Vereesa Windrunner, Tyrande Whisperwind and Lady Liadrin) It allows you to give it to Lady Liadrin but when talking to the other 2 and selecting the option to give them the plan it does nothing. The issue is very annoying as it blocks progression through the insurrection quest chains for suramar. | ||||
