| Description | i have 21 haste and with talent alacrity i will be 41, i have trinket can proc always bloodthrusty instinct from ursoc i can be 56 haste and still my energy is low, main =stats for outlaw is haste, i cant even regenerate and do my combo point with saber slash. and when i open my blade furry its even worse, need to fix this as soon as possible, bcz i main outlaw i know the class very well and how to play with, thank you | ||||
