| Description | Currently https://www.wowhead.com/npc=101549/arcane-minion is missing Internal cooldown after the Minion has casted https://www.wowhead.com/spell=200256/phased-explosion. The Internal Cooldown on this Npc should be 500 ms, as shown per logs (Information Below in "Additional Information"). Currently on the PTR the npc is instantly making the cast after the previous cast has been finished. | ||||
