Summary	0017377: Elemental Shaman Artifact Trait
Description	The Elemental Artifact weapon trait called "Fury of the Storms" has a small annoying bug. The trait states: "Activating Stormkeeper summons a powerful Lightning Elemental to fight by your side for 8 sec." Summoning the lightning elemental works fine, but the problem with it is that it does not always attack your target when there are two or more targets available. It also attacks aggressively on its own at random targets pulling mobs that you do not want to attack (like in M+ dungeons for example). How it should work: it should only attack the target you are attacking when it is summoned and not any other targets, and if you are not attacking anything it should sit idle and not randomly attack any nearby mob. If the target you are attacking dies, and you are in combat with another target, then it should attack that target as well.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Cast Stormkeeper to summon the Lightning Elemental while attacking a target. 2. Watch it attack something else.
Additional Information	During boss fights that are single target and have no adds, the Lightning Elemental will attack only 1 target, but if you summon it on a boss fight that has adds spawned, it will attack the adds and not your target. A good boss to test it out on would be King Deepbeard in Eye Of Azshara. P.S. As seen in the attached screenshot, I am ONLY attacking the middle dummy while the Lightning Elemental is attacking the left dummy by itself even though I did not attack it.
