Summary0017278: Overflowing affix bugged.
DescriptionHi, im playing Holy paladin and this is what i saw durning Mythic 7 darkheart ticket:

https://www.wowhead.com/affix=1/overflowing

Insteand, when i heal the target that is half hp or less than max, it adds up. This shield should be overhealed not adding up by healing a wounded target. The only thing to remove the shield is food or any other healing than healer's one for example Healthstone.

I tested in further and it happens in every major dungeons in Legion and ONLY affects Holy Paladin. Druid or monk had no problem with it. Whenver someone got shield from overflowing, im unable to heal them, even if they are 10% hp, insteand of removing shield when i heal them, it only adds up! Holy paladins are literally unable to do +7 keys right now in mythic.

Hello,
its not only holy paladin at the moment. We played with Paladin and Shaman and both are having the same issues.
https://streamable.com/hbys07 -- You can see how iam literally 72% hp and the shamans gives me an 50% overflowing stack

The problem is already on the developer
