| Description | After getting a legion spawn, Nomi is supposed to spawn and tell you to meet them in dalaran, this quest : https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40989/the-prodigal-sous-chef however, I've got over 700 cooking and 2 recipies and nomi still isn't spawning. Much earlier, Nomi appeared near the ruined palace of Farondis in Azsuna. But recently the quest was changed, so that Nomi appears next to the flight master in Dalaran. On two of my characters, he appeared already in Dalaran. But on the first character I appeared after studying the obtained recipe of the Legion and arriving in Dalaran by taxi, and on the second character I received 4 recipes from mobs and as a reward for quests, learned two of them, raised the cooking level to 700 ... and Nomi did not appeared. I made several relogs in Dalaran, flew there by taxi, ported to Dalaran with various stones. Nomi only appeared after the game client was abnormally closed while the character was in Dalaran. And the next time I entered the game, my character appeared next to the flight master, and Nomi appeared next to him. I took the quest and completed the cooking chain, now I can place orders.
