Summary	0017144: Cross faction healing gets broken from time to time
Description	I am not sure of the conditions, but whenever I have a cross faction RDF there is a chance that I cannot heal one faction (alliance or horde) anymore. Sometimes its complaining about "can't heal players that are flagged for pvp", sometimes it just won't work. Chain heal still bounces to these characters. Exiting the dungeon and loading back in solves the issue most of the time. This bug occurs most frequently when you have a member leaving as 5 man alliance group and re-queue for rdf and get a horde player into the group.
