I don't beleive the related bug is actually the same issue. The related bug mentions the quest The Altar of the Storm ( https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=25688 ) , and doesn't mention that the NPC to return the quest for https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26170/the-final-ritual is completely missing, This isn't a scripted issue, the NPC is just not there. and is required for Lore master. The entire quest chain is not possible due to the NPC to start them is missing : The Final Ritual You Are Rakh'likh, Demon Atrocities False Idols Neptool's Revenge Wormthorn's Dream Advice from the Cenarion Circle Demoniac Vessel The Downfall of Marl Wormthorn |
