Very strict adherence to the rules - the developer fixes the bug, after which the edit is collected into a fix pack along with the rest of the fixes. It is run in and tested on a test server. And only if everything is fine, during the restart on the next Monday, the package of edits is installed on the live server. Only in exceptional cases the fix is installed with the next (not on Monday) server restart. And in very critical cases, the fix is installed immediately after creation, by means of an unscheduled restart of the servers at any time. Therefore, you need to focus not only on the developer's response, but also on the entries in the bug tracker log.
