Since Retail was live with legion lul. "The Bolstering affix does not apply to adds in a boss encounter. However, if players drag trash packs into a boss fight, those trash mobs will apply Bolster to the boss when they die. This is undesirable. Hello, can you find some video from patch 7.3.5 confirming that the boss should gain stacks from mobs? I read the information about the skill on wowhead, but it would be better if there is a video confirmation |

in the mean time i can maybe offer another source : https://www.icy-veins.com/wow/mythic-affix-guide: Bolstering causes enemies to buff other active enemies' health and damage by 20% when they are killed. This prevents almost all forms of pulling trash with bosses, and it encourages you to try and bring all packs down at roughly the same time. There is a 30-yard maximum range on this effect. |
