Должен иметь преквест https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=29691 и быть многоразовым
Про "дает 750 репутации" инфы не нашёл

This repeatable quest rewards 750 rep instead of 250 as of 4.3.3. Humans will get more with their racial bonus. You can pick up the quest from T'shu just inside the entrance to the Underbog. Sanguine Hibiscus drops from the mobs in the instance or can be picked up like an herb. It isn't soulbound, so you can also trade it or buy it from the auction house.
