Hello. Apparently, we are talking about the once-used portal in dalaran (above Karazhan) for the quest "In the blink of an eye", which should be in Orgrimar in the cave. The player has a completed quest with credited criteria "pass through the portal" and "see the movement of Dalaran to the Broken Isles", but the character remained in Orgrimar and there is no accessible portal to the new dalaran. The available portal will not show up until the quest is completed. And in order to pass you need to move to the new Dalaran. Sometimes this kind of crash happens. Either the admin must move the player to the new Dalaran, or the magician must open the portal there (or any other available option for moving). |
