DescriptionHello,

My friend's character "Lappa" keeps chrashing whenever she logs in. We tried the "Fix" from the website but it shows the character as online. We tried from another PC but the same problem. We deleted Cache, WTF, Interface, Logs, Errors folders but the same problem. We deleted the character and recovered it again but still the same problem. Could you please do something about it? If needed I can give you accout name.
Additional InformationShe is DISC priest and she was doing artifact weapon quest the last time it happened. It has been 1 day since the problem occurs.

But my character is deleted now. I had one chance to recover it I now I can't anymore.

Whenever someone in my party does second artifact weapon quest, their game somehow crashes and it also effects all of the party members. When we relog, we keep getting crashes.

First it happend yesterday and 2 of us recovered of this issue but one couldnt and it is "Lappa".

5 min ago someone in my party crashed again while doing artifact weapon quest and I crashed with him now I can't log in with my character as well.

My party and I have the same problem. I started the mission named "Silver Hand" for my second artifact as a paladin, the hammer named Silver Hand. First, our games crashed when I was in Phase 2, then it worked for me but my friends couldn´t log into their characters. I started the quest again and it crashed in Phase 10. Can someone help us and tell me if the quest will be fixed or not?
