Greetings, there is no bug. I am assuming you have picked Blacksmithing as your profession, this NPC appears in this state if you have no completed the questlines associated with the NPC. It is supposed to work this way and there is no bug involved. What you need to do to resolve this situation is to complete the Blacksmithing profession quests you already have picked up or stopped at. Once you finish the associated quests the npc will phase back into being normal and will offer the quests for your Class order hall.
This situation occurs if you have picked up both https://www.wowhead.com/quest=38502 and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=38501 quests, but have only completed one of them and did not do the follow up quest. Do that and that should resolve the problem.
If that is not the cause of it, then I will need you to disclose your Character Name and Realm which you are playing on to conduct a proper investigation. |
