| Description | So back when the changes were made in x1, then in Legion plus, the Luffa was increased from 25%(base blizzlike) to 75% which made ferals not the best, but at least viable in m+. Now I see the legendary is back to 25%, and is that a bug or you reverted it on purpos? I hope you guys put it back to 75% cause even with it feral wasnt really shining compared to unh dk/mages/shamans etc. | ||||

Good day. Yes, indeed, the change related to [Luffa-Wrapped Coils] 137056 was reverted to its base values, as there were some issues and complaints regarding its performance. I recommend paying attention to other legendary items, including the modified [Crimson Pants of Mutilation] 144354. |
