Summary	0028069: I can't get my heler artifact weapon
Description	Hello, my PC's name is Vaundy and I have tried everything to obtain my Heler druid artifact weapon, I have already completed the entire chain of missions for my headquarters and the rugged coast to see if this way I can activate a mission in my headquarters but nothing happened . Please help
