hello, i checked and could not be reproduced with itemlvl try to fix character in control panel, and if you equipped norgannon you have more mastery rating then with aman'thul |

To corroborate the test I sent, every time I use and get the amanthul proc, it doesn't give me the speed, life steal and evasion that a level 1000 amanthul should give me. |
