| Description | Last night 5 minutes before the server restart, I logged off with an Eye of Azshara m6 key that had a 2 day duration still on it. Today when I logged back in the key was gone. I had not opened up my weekly chest yet either, the key was simply missing after the restart. I am not asking for the key back, I just wanted to let staff know of a possible bug situation. Hello. There is no God. You went 5 minutes before the reboot to the key on Wednesday. On Wednesdays with a reboot, all the keys disappear and you can pick it up again in the weekly chest payment. If you did not have time to pass the key and did not close a single key in a week, then you can knock it out in M0 or in any M+. |
