Summary0026735: Mage - Frozen Orb
DescriptionFrozen Orb is apparently not granting Fingers of Frost as intended
For example :

 Frozen Orb hits 1 target , you suppose to gain 1 Fingers of Frost charge (or more if you have unlocked the Fingers of Frost trait in your artifact)

THOUGH , If you are using Frozen Orb against MORE THAN 1 target , you suppose to gain Fingers of Frost procs according to the amount of targets that it will hit

ON LIVE RIGHT NOW FROZEN ORB CAN HIT 3-5 TARGETS AND YOU WILL GAIN 1 PROC OF FINGERS OF FROST

hi, i checked this, and its only applies to first one target hit, and next buff finger of frost procs with 12% chance from frozen orb. All works correctly
