Summary	0026580: dk area endless freezing
Description	in the dk area in the npc like kheltuzad have some npc around him frozen and when you aproach him u get frozen too, cant use any skill and after unfrozen he frozen you again.
Steps To Reproduce	only walk close to him in the dk citadel.
