| Description | When quests are meant to have an NPC that follows the player and assists them on their quest, it is very common that they simply do not spawn. This has specifically happened to me in quests such as "Blood Debt" in Highmountain where you are required to turn the quest into said Navarogg, who is supposed to follow you. This similarly happened in the NE starting area, where Tarindrella was not properly appearing (though in her case she would randomly appear and disappear, and only appeared for one person at a time when multiple people were in Shadowthread Cave). | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Accept a quest where the NPC is supposed to become a companion that follows and assists you Frequently the NPC will disappear from where they gave you the quest, but not reappear as a companion. | ||||
| Additional Information | In regards to the Blood Debt Highmountain quest (slay Tarok Bloodtoem), I have abandoned and reacquired the quest multiple times, left the area and come back, relogged, and nothing has caused Navarogg to appear. | ||||

Apparently logging in and out multiple times can eventually fix the issue (I logged in and out at least 5 times while trying to fix this bug, then after submitting this bug I tried again and Navarogg appeared) |
