Summary	0025855: Icecrown citadel portal
Description	Icecrown citadel portal from the Upper spire and Singdragosa´s portal is not usable. You cannot click on it and use it as its supposed to work.
Steps To Reproduce	Fixing the portal to be usable.

rosarie 2023-05-12 15:29 reporter ~0069335	portal should be available to use after killing sindragosa, without healer i cannot kill/heal valithria. Also, upper spire does not work if even u kill all other bosses.
