Summary0025855: Icecrown citadel portal
DescriptionIcecrown citadel portal from the Upper spire and Singdragosa´s portal is not usable. You cannot click on it and use it as its supposed to work.
Steps To ReproduceFixing the portal to be usable.

@rosarie, u beat Valithria encounter for enable portal?

portal should be available to use after killing sindragosa, without healer i cannot kill/heal valithria. Also, upper spire does not work if even u kill all other bosses.
