| Description | So i unlearned my alchemy to disenchant few things and then after switching professsions again i bought [Forgotten Formulas of the Broken Isles] item from the Alchemy Merchant in Dalaran. This one is supposed to teach me back all recipes / ranks of alchemy recipes i knew before unlearning profession. It did not teach me anything. Relog does not help. Buying and using item again (after relog) does not work either. | ||||

Screenshot attatched. I've done only one quest related to alchemy but i had Rank 3 Potion of Prolonged Power. The rank 2 is visible on screenshot beacuse i farmed Rank 1 recipe and bought Rank 2 from Rep vendor |

This tome works a little differently for Alchemists when compared to other versions of this. You won't directly get your recipes or ranks back, but instead, you'll get access to buy them from the vendor once more. The quests related to Alchemy provide access to buy them from the vendor rather than directly giving you the recipe so using this tome will just unlock them at the vendor! |
