| Description | Normaly there should only be 1 global cooldown per cast, but about "smite" there are 2 global cooldowns. When I cast it and when I finish casting. | ||||

Also there is a problem about "Castigation" talent. With this talent penance shoots 4 times normally. But if you immediately cast penance after smite, it only shoots 3 times. |
