| Description | This quest still not working. I've created two posts about it already, it says fixed but it's still kinda bugged. You can buy the blueprint and it shows up the first time. But after that, the quest is gone forever. It's NOT repeatable. Basically there is no solid way to farm Oil for the garrison naval missions because of this bug. | ||||

In general. Check that the quest has been rewarded. I have made some changes in the updates of this mission. Now the mission should appear instantly after exactly 24 hours from the last appearance of the mission. |

This mission is still bugged, but in a different way. It now appears in the naval map, you can start it, BUT when it finishes, you don't even see its completing, theres nothing to collect, and your boats stay in mission. Basically it can be started but never completed. |
