Hey MaoLove <3 The item itself: https://www.wowhead.com/item=87399/restored-artifact I read some info about this item and get that after patch 6.2 this is not available for spirit of harmony purchase. thanks for the help |

ris89, rn i found https://www.wowhead.com/npc=64922/brann-bronzebeard#sells This NPC can be found in Vale of Eternal Blossoms they can sell me some stuff. o maby i missunderstand you? |

Back in MOP, u were able to buy the restored artifact in capitols for Spirit of harmony. now its not poosible. |
