Summary	0020662: Cannot attack mobs required for quest
Description	In Panda starting zone, the quest "The Lesson of the Balanced Rock" (ID: 29663) cannot be completed, because the Tushui Monks (ID: 55019) cannot be attacked, even when standing right next to them. The spells just do not launch, as if out of range, therefore you cannot progress in the starting zone, so cannot leave starter zone.
