Summary	0019981: Отсутствует квест
Description	При убийстве https://ru.wowhead.com/npc=62767/гокклок должен автоматически приниматься квест https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=31083/обещание-золота , после завершения которого даётся https://ru.wowhead.com/item=88417/раковина-гокклок . Однако после убийства НПС квеста не было. Как должно быть: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jof1lvzesNM
