DescriptionThe world quest WANTED: Arru is not working.
When you attack the bear, you bring it to about 50% health, then it becomes friendly and you do not get credit for completing the world quest.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Highmountain.
2. Navigate to world quest WANTED: Arru
3. Attack the bear.
Additional InformationThis quest has been up for a few weeks and every time I and other people are there to complete it, no one completes the quest, does not receive rewards and it does not count towards the Highmountain or Wardens emissary quests.

Quest is working. Checked on x5. First you need to talk to the NPC at the entrance and then kill Arru.
