Description	Hi, I solved this quest before, but now I killed this boss several times, but I did not receive the quest iteam. Help me please

Taranth 2022-04-08 13:36 reporter ~0054642	I`m not sure what "This item will be dropped with item from boss." means. After 3 months i still cant get that quest item, which supposed to drop from one attempt. It`s driving me crazy!!!
